Training With Peak 

Peak Performance’s physical and technical training sessions will enhance your potential as a footballer, maximise your performance and take your game to another level.

  • Fluid, rhythmic and dance like movements are a staple in every training session. Football is a game of random movements, both with and without the ball. Your ability to anticipate and react to any given situation starts with being loose in movement and light on your feet.

  • Flexibility & mobility will improve the way you take the ball, play the ball and manipulate the ball with all different parts of the body. The looser you are the better you will move.

  • Body shape/movement is a dying art in football. Learn how to use your body to; keep your balance, to protect yourself, your movements and the ball. Sessions will enhance the way you move more effectively and efficiently. Football is a game of fine margins; stay ahead of the game!

  • Guided discovery. Independently problem solving to find the best possible outcomes. Develop as a player by using your own mind to become a more inventive and creative footballer.

  • Sessions will get you to think whilst you are training. Working physically but also working the body and mind at the same time. This will sharpen up your reaction times and decision making to any given situation.
