‘Let Them Play’ Training & Games Programme

Peak Performance ‘Let Them Play’ training and games programme encourages a flexible structure of independent learning and development to further enhance player potential and maximise your performance as a footballer.

The small group sessions (8:1) allow for maximum coach/player engagement, which we feel is so important for continued development and also for players to be continually stretched and challenged.

1v1 is a key element in our training methodology, as are small sided games 2v2, 3v3 and 4v4. We want to create footballers who can handle and stay on the ball in tight spaces. This encourages players to improve decision making, work towards technical excellence, being brave/ taking risks on the ball aswell as being creative and unpredictable within your movement.

Our unique training / games programme gives each player more touches of the ball, more opportunities to; dribble/manipulate the ball, try new skills/ techniques, more 1v1 encounters / take ons and more goal scoring opportunities.

To improve our players game understanding and increase their level of football intelligence, we continually change the pitch size, layout and rules. This constantly forces each player to think and adapt to different game based scenarios, in order to find the most successful outcomes.
